Ingredients:
- 3 medium sliced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch garlic powder
Preparation:
- Combine oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper.
- Add tomatoes and evenly coat.
- Add a pinch of garlic powder.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
