Ingredients for meatballs:
- 1 pound of hamburger meat
- 1/3 cups ketchup
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3-4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 minced green pepper
Ingredients for sauce:
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3-4 dashes of Tabasco sauce
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation for meatballs:
- Mix well and form into balls the size of a walnut.
- Cook over low heat until done but not brown.
Preparation for sauce:
- Simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
- Pour over meat balls.
