Ingredients:
- 4 lbs fresh tomatoes peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- In a medium non-reactive saucepan, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium and cook until onion is tender, about 15 minutes.
