I bought 4 trees from them in May, one of the trees (fig) didn't do well. The tree came with a 90 day warranty assuming I paid for them to plant it which I did. I followed up with them many times, I did exactly what they told me to do. I followed up with them twice before the 90 day and once after the 90 day warranty expires. They brushed me off and didn't honor it. They told me that it will come back alive next spring which is impossible. The current condition of this tree and the splitting are all signs of it dying. So disappointed how I was misled and feel cheated after I spent more than 2k on those trees.

I am so thankful to the Green Thumb Santa Clarita team who worked on my Italian Cypress order. The buyer who took my order, the cashier, and the delivery man. They were all so efficient, professional and extremely pleasant. My order was delivered to my home in 1 week.I spoke to another nursery that is closer to my home 4-5 times about this order, but did not get anywhere for a month or so. With Green Thumb Santa Clarita, everything was so simple.

First time visitor, Pam was kind and took the time to listen to my needs for indoor plants. Perhaps it was my sleeve tattoos, called me " Dog" lol, that was sweet! The staff is extremely knowledgeable of all plants. If they don’t know the answer they will find someone that does. I can spend hours at Green Thumb looking at all the beautiful plants. I always recommend to friends that want to start gardening. I love it there.

Green Thumb Nursery has been my favorite place for over 50 years!! My father was an Avid Gardener and he would take me to Green Thumb when I was 7 years old. I would spend hours looking at plants and flowers while my dad picked out all of his gardening supplies. I truly love this nursery and recommend it to everyone!

James helped me. I had several questions about which flowers to buy and which soil I should get. He was very informative, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. My gardener told me to go there. You have a great selection. I would recommend customers to shop there. I’ll be going back soon.

I’ve been buying my plants and soil in places like Lowe’s and Home Depot for a while and it’s a hit or miss thing since I’m new in planting. Then I went here and found a lot of native plants and was given very helpful advice as you can see in my tomatoes that are really doing very well. They also give advice on everything so I get a little more confidence that I won’t kill the plants.For people who wants to have a lot of native and good plants, this is THE place.Happy planting!!!💐🪴💕

Had my question answered and purchased 3 items I needed. Also on my last visit we bought soil and transplanted our Plumeria. About a week later it went from dying to new leaves on every branch. Great service and advice.10/8/22Picked up some spray for bugs and 1/4 inch hose. Got the help I needed quickly and then checked out. Great service.5/28/24 great service and advice!Bought a plant in March and followed their instructions, it's doing fantastic!!5" of new growth.

This is my happy place! My husband brings me here for our special occasions because gardening is such a joy. We always come here to stock our veggie garden in the spring The staff is so friendly and the plants are super healthy and well cared for. Pictured is a Wisteria we purchased there.

Really, I’d give them 4.5 stars. They have a wider selection of plants vs big box stores. I’m more of a house plant person so I love visiting their greenhouse of house plants. They carry more uncommon varieties and even though it may be priced a little more vs say online it could be worth getting here than waiting and possibly getting a smaller plant. Their plants are usually healthy and depending on the plant better grade. I’ve never encountered pests among their houseplants—always inspect before buying! Their employees are friendly and helpful and it’s always fun visiting!

I go to Green Thumb because the quality of their plants cannot be surpassed. They may be a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for. GT also guarantees their products. I just re-landscaped my backyard, and the help I received was outstanding. They really made an effort to pick the healthiest, most appropriate plants for my needs. They also explained in detail how to care for each one. I didn’t feel rushed. They worked with me for as long as I needed assistance. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They treat you like family. I would not shop elsewhere!!!!! My yard looks beautiful. Thanks 👍😄

We popped a tire and ended up stranded in the parking lot of this garden shop. The staff was super friendly and I enjoyed looking at all the cute displays and beautiful gifts while waiting for AAA. Love getting my plants from here! They also have a big selection of planters! So if you ever need to pick up some decorative pots, this is the place to go!!On a side note during the holidays they have really cute decorations! I went to the green thumb to ask about fertilizer for my grass. I was just expecting someone to just recommend a couple products and thats it. But that was not the case. Steven took his time to get to know my grass by asking questions and asking to show him pictures. He recommended a couple fertilizers specific for my grass, he told me what we could do in October to regrow some of my dead grass, and showed me what sprinklers I could use to get a rebate. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated him taking the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. I will definitely be returning to the Green Thumb and recommend it to others.

I visited the Nursery on May 5th to avoid the Mothers Day crowd. I bought quite a few new Perennial Plants and as always they have so many beautiful plants and flowers. There is nowhere else in our Valley that has superior products like Green Thumb.

Love the icicle ornaments & beautiful glass from the lovely trees at Green Thumb. Great staff but it got a bit crowded a few times before Christmas.2021 Christmas-Adding new ornaments that I got this year at Green Thumb. Hope the supply is bigger for a few more collectible next year!
